Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may apply for a return and refund within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging. For returns that are not due to seller error, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer. We do not offer free return shipping.

2. Natural Characteristics of Crystals

Natural inclusions, internal cracks, color variations, and other unique characteristics of natural crystals are normal features of genuine gemstones and are not considered quality defects. Such conditions do not qualify for free returns or exchanges.

3. Custom-Made Products

For custom-made products, the design and size will be confirmed with the customer before production and shipment. Once production is completed and the item has been shipped, returns or refunds will not be accepted for any reason.

Items that have been worn, damaged by misuse, or purchased as clearance/sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any descriptions regarding crystal healing properties are provided solely for cultural and traditional reference purposes. Returns or refunds based on such claims will not be accepted.

4. Return Process

To request a return, please contact customer service and provide your order information along with photos of the product. Unless the return is due to a quality issue or shipping error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 7 days of delivery, we will cover all shipping costs and arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

For non-customized products, exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.
