Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom-made crystal bracelets require approximately 7–10 business days for handcrafted production before shipment. The exact shipping date will be confirmed by our customer service team.
2. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped under a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service and delivered directly to the customer's address.
International orders are transported through cross-border logistics carriers. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and generally range from 7–25 business days.
Please note that occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, peak shipping seasons, weather conditions, or local courier operations. We appreciate your understanding.
3. Duties & Taxes (DDP Service)
Our store operates under a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping model.
All import duties, customs clearance fees, value-added tax (VAT), and other applicable import taxes imposed by the destination country are fully covered and prepaid by our store.
Customers are not required to pay any additional customs duties, taxes, or import-related fees upon delivery. The price paid at checkout is the final price, with no hidden charges.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or order notification.
Customers may use the tracking number to monitor the shipment status and delivery progress through the carrier's official tracking website.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or arrives damaged before delivery is completed, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt and provide clear photos or supporting evidence.
We will assist with claims, arrange a replacement shipment, or provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost.
For damage reported after the package has been successfully delivered and accepted, customers may be required to contact the local delivery carrier directly for further assistance.
6. Address Changes
If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact customer service before the order has been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the carrier, the shipping address can no longer be changed.
