Welcome to our store. The following terms apply to the purchase and use of all crystal bracelet products. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Product Information

All crystals sold in our store are natural gemstones. Variations in color, texture, inclusions, internal fractures, and patterns are natural characteristics of genuine crystals and are not considered defects.

Any information regarding crystal healing, energy, or metaphysical properties is provided solely for cultural, spiritual, and educational purposes and should not be interpreted as medical advice or a guarantee of any therapeutic effect.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information, including shipping details, is accurate before completing the purchase.

Product prices, shipping fees, promotions, and discounts are subject to the information displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom-made items require approximately 7–10 business days for production before shipment.

All orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. Import duties, customs fees, and value-added taxes (VAT) applicable in the destination country are covered by the store. Customers will not be required to pay additional taxes upon delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier. In the event of lost or damaged shipments, customers should contact our customer service team for assistance.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging.

For custom-made products, once the design and specifications have been confirmed and production has begun, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.

Products that have been worn, intentionally damaged, or purchased as clearance/sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

For returns not caused by seller error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly shipped, the store will cover the relevant shipping expenses.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must not engage in fraudulent purchases, abusive return practices, chargeback abuse, or any other malicious activities. The store reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders and refuse future service to customers who violate these terms.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these terms.

Additional Rules for Livestream Purchases

7.1 Limited-Time Offers & One-of-a-Kind Items

Products sold through livestream flash sales, one-of-a-kind listings, and custom-order links are offered as limited-time promotions.

Unique items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once purchased, the item is reserved exclusively for the buyer.

One-of-a-kind items and livestream custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless a verified quality issue exists.

7.2 Product Display & Natural Characteristics

Product size, color, and appearance are based on the actual item displayed during the livestream.

Minor color variations, inclusions, and natural crystal characteristics are normal features of natural gemstones and do not qualify as reasons for return or exchange.

7.3 Livestream Pricing Policy

Special promotional prices offered during livestream events are valid only during the livestream period.

Orders placed outside the livestream period are not eligible for retroactive discounts or price adjustments.

Customers who repeatedly place orders and cancel without valid reason may have their future livestream purchasing privileges restricted.

All discussions regarding crystal energy, healing properties, or metaphysical benefits during livestreams are provided solely as cultural and educational content.
